Just refurbished to provide a huge apartment with brand new kingsize bed, kitchen, bathroom , Superfast Wifi desk, printer, TV and piano! Looking out over beautiful countryside and magical deerpark, many good pub walks on the doorstep! There is a dedicated garden with dining area, tours of the private gardens available on request. Close by to Daventry, Silverstone , Rugby and Towcester and Banbury - M1 and M40 both easily accessible. Can be booked with next door Deerpark Barn for group trips. The space The studio has everything you could need for a relaxing getaway or a longer working visit. The studio is light and warm with large windows and brand new shutters for privacy and light- there is a new kitchen and bathroom with underfoot heating. The new smart TV is enormous and has all the channels you could ever watch! There is a wood burning stove for cold winter nights but very efficient electric heating for ease and comfort. There is a piano for all those budding musicians and a massive speak for anyone wanting to play some tunes . Guests can enjoy a dedicated garden and outdoor eating area as well as the many fantasy walks which take you to various landmarks and pubs serving great food. We are 25 mins from Banbury, Northampton and Rugby and 10’mijs from Daventry and Staverton. Silverstone is 20 mins and Towcester 15. Guest access There is a dedicated garden with bbq and dining table. You can access loads of fabulous walks nearby. Other things to note We welcome dogs so long as they are clean and don’t get on sofas or beds and are kept on a lead in the garden.
