A charming little bolt hole, close to the North Norfolk coast. Hazel Nook is a Unique cosy little home from home with everything you could need for a perfect break away .We boarder Sandringham Estate & Houghton Hall with their Lovely countryside & woodland Walks. We are Central to lots of Stunning beaches .We have Bircham Windmill with its freshly baked bread & cakes. Bircham stores & cafe or dine at our local Pub. A fabulous base to then go out and explore. Come Relax & Enjoy Norfolk. X The space Hazel Nook our charming little Annex in beautiful North Norfolk. On arrival in the Annex you shall find a cosy welcome . Hazel Nook decorated in its own quirky rustic style, has every thing you will need for your perfect break away. Open plan kitchen area - The kitchen has all cooking facilities required.Our small rustic breakfast bar, will happily seat two. Due to work surface limitations extensive cooking however is not encouraged or practical. In our unique open plan living area- It is a great space to relax and watch the smart TV, PRIME ,Wi Fi or read or just enjoy the sunshine though the stable door. There is also a double sofa/bed which can comfortably sleep two if needed. Bed linen for sofa bed can be supplied . (Please request this if needed, On one night stays there is a £15 charge for this please add it to your booking) The Bedroom - Is a separate luxury king sized bedroom with a lovely comfy bed,beautiful linens with views from the bedroom window that over look the beautiful countryside, our gardens and paddocks. There you can occasionally see our little fury friends. If you leave a bedroom window a jar at night you will hear the Owls! hooting most nights. :-) Separate shower room - Has everything you need,booster shower and heated towel rail. Two towel sets and bath mat are supplied with all bookings. Hazel Nook in side is non smoking please be respectful of this. HAZEL NOOKS OUT DOOR SPACE- To the side the little mini courtyard with a bistro set (see photos).All nicely decorated and lit up by twinklies .A great little private secure area to sit back and Relax . DOGS- Please be respectful .-WE ALLOW ONE SMALL! DOG . £20 per dog. possibly 2 by priour arrangement only. When booking please confirm the BREED ### FOR BOOKING THE HOT TUB ### ##Please read Below## **THERE IS A OPTION OF A UNDERCOVER HOT TUB -it is not included - IT CAN BE HIRED FOR- £30 for min 2 hours.(£15per hour ) Please CONFIRM the TIMES and DAY'S you would like it for AT THE TIME OF BOOKING HAZEL NOOK. I will then send via the resolution centre a payment request .We can book you in and then have it up to temperature and already, especially for you 😀 TIMES -The hot tub is available between : 9AM-1PM & 4PM - 9PM.x We sort our animals between those times. The LUXURY HOT TUB - Is inside a little barn, which has a hide hatch over looking the lovely countryside . Whilst laying in the hot tub you can see the stars at night .Our garden area is all lit up with Twinklies. Please have a lovely stay and enjoy exploring North Norfolk x. The village pub the Kings Head pub is a 5 min walk, along with Bircham Stores and Deli . Bircham WindMill is a 10 minute walk . Houghton Hall Estate is ..8 minutes away, The Royal SandringhamEstate is.. 10 minutes. The lovely Burnham market is 14 min , Hunstanton is 10 minutes,Brancaster and Wells-next-the-Sea 20 minutes ,both have amazing quaint little shops .Wells Next -sea with its Quay to sit and eat your yummy fish and chips is a must! We are central to many stunning beaches too.. .Holkham beach and pine woods is a favourite ! xx Enjoy lovely Norfolk :-) Guest access When arriving at Blueberry Lodge, Hazel Nook is located to the left of the property. When you pull in to the drive, Hazel nook is directly in front you will see little Hazel nook parking sign. Roses growing under the window . Please park as far to the left hand side of the drive as to not block drive way .(private off road parking for one car). The Annex has a private access, which is through the little country gate on the left. you will see a little mini court yard and Grey stable door . The key safe is to the left of the door. We however do potter in our garden and you may see us out there gardening or sorting our animals. :-) Walks in Bircham....There are many ! You may see deer ,geese ,ducks horses. squirrels Chinese water deer and hare's on walks around our village , peddars way is not far .So much to see. There are many maps in Hazel Nook. Which is a great area for bird watching ! Rspb at Titchwell and wild ken hill at Snettisham as featured on Spring watch all not far away, they are naturally beautiful places .Enjoy the fabulous space and beauty of North Norfolk.:-)
