It is a private enterprise, equipped with all the care to facilitate the accommodation of our clients for the most varied purposes, whether for family vacations or business trips. The space Excellent duplex with two en-suites, very well decorated and equipped for the comfort of your family! The apartment has air-conditioning in both en-suites, a Smart TV with free access to NETFLIX, cable TV, a washing machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Guest access Our guests have access to one parking space (uncovered). Other things to note - WE DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE. - We accept small pets (one per apartment), for a one-time fee of R$ 50. If something in the apartment is damaged, the full amount of the material to be replaced will be charged. - We offer TRANSFER from the airport or bus station to the apartment at an additional cost. - Towels and blankets have an additional cost of R$ 5.00 and R$ 10.00, respectively, to be paid directly at check-in. The amount corresponds to the unit and is charged only once, except if exchanges/replacements are requested. The customer has the option to bring their own linens. We ask that you communicate in advance the contracting of the above services!
