We rent out our cozy and child-friendly end terraced house centrally on idyllic Nesodden in the Oslo Fjord. The home has been significantly upgraded in recent years and has a large, undisturbed garden with a new terrace and play area for children with a playhouse, sandbox and trampoline. The space 1st floor: Open plan with modern kitchen including kitchenware with three dining places, dining room with space for up to 10 people, and cozy TV room with large sofa. In addition, there is a playroom/living room, large bathroom with shower/bathtub, toilet and laundry room, large hallway with storage. 2nd floor: Five bedrooms, hallway, bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink. Bedroom 1: Double bed 210x210. Bedroom 2: Single bed 90 cm with pull-out. Bedroom 3: Bunk bed 90 cm. Bedroom 4: Two single beds 80 cm. Bedroom 5: Single bed 80 cm that can be pulled out to double bed of 160 cm. Large garden with 100 m2 newly built terrace that has a lounge group under pergola with sunroof, outdoor kitchen with gas grill and dining furniture with space for 12 people, as well as sunbed. Perfect for long days in the sun. The garden has a well-kept lawn, a newly built playhouse with a sandbox and a trampoline. The driveway has plenty of room for three cars. Bicycle shed with bicycles that can be borrowed, including electric transport bicycle with room for 4 children. We have a lovely cat, Lisa, who is very social and loves children. She has her own cat flap and comes and goes as she pleases. It's nice if guests refill food and water every day, or she can get what she needs from a neighbor. In the immediate area there are many playgrounds, the nearest is 50 m away. Short distance to Tangen center with all amenities. 100 m to bus stop with public transport to/from Oslo and the rest of Nesodden. We have many amazing swimming areas and beaches in the surrounding area: 10 minutes walk to Flaskebekk jetty for swimming. 2 km to Oksvalstranda with swimming area (10 min by bike, 5 min by car), and 4 km to Hellviktangen swimming area. Tusenfryd is 30 minutes away, Drøbak 30 minutes, Oslo and Aker Brygge are 40 minutes away by public transport. Guest access 1st and 2nd floor (except for a room that is locked), as well as garden. The basement has a studio with its own entrance that is rented out.
