The spare room in my quiet & colourful maisonette would be ideal for solo travellers to stay in whilst visiting London. The room is light, peaceful & comfortable. It has a new double bed and plenty of storage space in the built-in double wardrobe. The shared spaces include a contemporary upstairs bathroom fitted with a bath & shower & a stylish open-plan kitchen/living room. There's a squishmeister Loaf sofa to relax on, a Finnish dining table to eat/work at and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. The space You will have your own clean, minimalist and quiet private room with a double bed, a desk and chair, Sonos, a window overlooking some beautiful period properties of De Beauvoir, and a double wardrobe for storage. The room has blackout blinds and no lock. There is a fan and hairdryer in the room for you. The room is part of a beautiful, centrally-located yet peaceful, maisonette situated on Hertford Road by De Beauvoir Square. It is a highly desirable area of Hackney to live in - the transport links are great and the local spots for eating, drinking and exploring are wonderful. The space has a colourful, modern design with lots of character and a sense of cosiness throughout. There are unique pieces of furniture and art and a growing collection of house plants. It is naturally well lit and airy with an open-plan living room and kitchen and high-quality wooden floors throughout. There's a private garden that is (british weather dependant) a nice spot to sit and catch some sun. This will be your place to unwind, cook, work and sleep in for as long as you want to stay. The property has high-speed 5G WIFI throughout. There's a PlayStation 5 and access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, Sky, Discovery + and Disney Plus. The home has a new, well-equipped kitchen with all essential appliances. The main bathroom is modern and clean with a shower and bath. Downstairs there's a Utility room and toilet. You can have access to the washing machine and dryer throughout your stay. There is no parking on the premises, but you can be issued you a visitors parking permit to park on Hertford Road for c.£6 a day. Evenings and weekends are free to park on the street. Guest access You have access to the entire property other than my bedroom and the office. During your stay I work from home most days but also have an active social life. I'll give you all the space you want and need but am equally available to answer any questions you have or just to chat! You can call, text or email me if I'm not around. Other things to note Ben and Guillermo are co-hosting the property, but the only person living in the house until July is Guillermo. Occasionally, Guillermo's partner might be around.
