The space The unit is equipped with a queen bed with 4 gel pillows, good quality bedding, a pillow top mattress, a closet with mirror doors, a nightstand and air conditioning. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and all the utensils and basic equipment. Additionally, the property has solar panels with 2 batteries for energy backup, a 500-gallon water tank, a solar water heater, an electric water heater system for backup, security cameras outside the property, an alarm system, and a shared patio. It's such a cozy place that you'll feel right at home. Guest access Inside, they have access to the entire unit. Outside, they have access to the patio, which is shared with guests from the other two units. Other things to note The property has two additional units that are booked independently. This property is located just a 12-minute drive to the airport, Isla Verde beach, and restaurants in Condado. You can shop at some of the boutique stores in Mall of San Juan or visit Plaza las Américas, which is the largest shopping mall on the island and the Caribbean (12 minutes) by car. You can also party at T-Mobile District (12 minutes) by car or hang out at the colorful and varied Placita de Santurce or Calle Cerra (10 minutes) by car. If you want to learn about our art, be sure to visit the Puerto Rico Art Museum (8 minutes) by car. In the area you will also find laundries, bars, banks, pharmacies and supermarkets.
