Punta Gorda Airport -hub of Allegiant Airlines it's only 15 mins away. If you are a Sunset lover whether you are at TT's Tiki Bar, Ponce DeLeon, Fisher's man Village or Sunseeker Resort I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Two bedrooms/ Two bathrooms with a huge sofa that sleeps two and air mattress. Guest access Access to the entire house . Washer and dryer available on site. Queen size air mattress available that can be found in the laundry room. Tesla charger only on site- left hand side of the garage. Other things to note Initial toiletries will be provided. Long stay guests to purchase their own. Cushions for pool lounges are kept inside the garage on a box- it’s Florida after all if you are aware storm it’s coming please pick them up and roll the stand TV located on the back of the house inside the property. NOTE: For safety reasons . The property has 2 exterior security cameras located on the front of the home facing the front entry and one at the back yard facing the pool area and back door entrance. The cameras do not look on the interior of the property. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.
