Farm near Marilia with 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites + 1 internal toilet, dining room and living room with 4K TV, full kitchen, balcony, edicule with toilet and barbecue, swimming pool, soccer field. 300MB high quality fiber optic internet. Century TV with several channels. It has beds for 8 people (3 double and 2 single). We allow day use for up to 8 more people (without overnight stay) to access the outdoor area at an additional cost of 20 reais per person and 30 on festive dates. We are 25 minutes from Marilia with great access by paved highway and only 1 minute by dirt road. Map and location of the maps are sent after booking, and when you set it in your GPS you will arrive without any difficulty. During festive periods, we accept a minimum of 4 nights. Other areas are only accessible to the owner (the property has a caretaker's house and animals that the owner takes care of daily without accessing the guest areas). The farmhouse is delivered clean (external, internal and pool area) and cleaned again only after check-out). We do not perform additional cleaning. We only perform additional cleaning of the pool at a cost of 150 reais per request and to be agreed in advance. Rental for events to be agreed upon. We have cameras around the property to ensure the safety of the rural area (more than 1 bushel). Private areas such as the house, pool, edicule, orchard are not monitored to ensure total privacy for guests. Other things to note We do not provide bed linens and towels. Swimming pool only available in hot periods. In winter it will be closed. For Christmas, New Year's and Carnival periods, we will not accept reservations of less than 4 days.
