Accessibility - The ground surrounding the villa is flat except for a few individual steps in the path leading from the front of the villa to the pool area/rear terrace. To access the villa there is a path which is 107cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge door is 106cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 68cm wide. There are 2 steps from the entrance door to the interior, a further step into the lounge/dining and kitchen area and 2 further steps down into a small sunken bar area and one to a small seating area. All steps are 15cm in height. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, the area around the pool and garden area is slightly sloped in areas. The pool has Roman steps access. The ground floor bedroom doors are both 69cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 64cm wide, this has a bath with a shower over. There are 16 steps leading to the first-floor level. Bedroom 3’s door is 69cm wide and its ensuite’s door is 64cm wide. Bedroom 4’s door is also 69cm wide whilst the ensuite is 67cm wide.
