Knobhill Airbnb is located on a quiet lot at the end of the road in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. You will experience a peaceful setting with views of our pond, and walking and meditation areas in our woods, while having close access to downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. You will occupy the large studio bedroom in the basement of our home. Also included is your own private entrance with a digital entry lock, private bathroom, and access to a large designated work space and laundry. The space The large studio bedroom includes a queen size bed, a set of bunk beds (most suitable for children, but may be used by adults), and a futon that can be pulled out for one additional sleeping space. A pack and play crib is also available. The room also includes a long counter for storing items, a closet, a desk and chair, microwave, and mini refrigerator. A spacious work area is adjacent, and may be used by guests upon request and availability. Use of the studio bedroom also includes the designated basement bathroom. Guest access Guest parking is available in the parking space at the dead-end area which joins the property. The private entrance is on the north side of the house, and has a digital lock so you can come and go as you desire. Electric kettle, mini-Keurig and mugs for beverages are available, as well as bowls and flatware are available for quick microwave items. However, your space is not set up to prepare family meals. We do not offer kitchen access, but do provide a microwave and refrigerator for snacking or convenience items. Other things to note Pets are not allowed in our home. We do have an enclosed porch that includes a wood burning stove where we have on occasion allowed guests to keep a dog. However, we would request you provide your own kennel. And the dog would need to remain quiet throughout the night.
