Beach service: Beach service operates during the season and on holidays, the employee takes the umbrella and provides chairs that must be taken and returned to the beach by the guest, the employee, when requested, removes the umbrella from the beach. Guest access When you arrive at the address, you can park on the street in front of the building, in a 45° parking space on the left side of the street. Inside the apartment, on the key ring next to the entrance door are 2 Tags that will open the condominium gate that gives access to the beach (blue Tag) and another 2 that open the building's entrance gate and the door to the internal hall (black Tag), which also gives you access through the service door and restrooms to the building. You will have access to the apartment by opening the electronic lock with the password that will be informed one day before check-in. The main bathroom is complete and very spacious with a large shower stall, bidet, toilet and sink (in the closet you will find a hairdryer) and the other bathroom is in the service area and has a sink, toilet and shower. Other things to note The rent does not include bed and bath linens. If you need them, there will be an extra cost of R$ 250.00 fixed for the duration of the stay.
