Kitchen - Modern kitchen counter, comes with everything you need should you wish to do any cooking. A 2-hob cooktop allows you to knock up some meals when you don't fancy eating out. Includes microwave, electric kettle, pans, full complement of crockery and cutlery and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. 6.6 cu.ft Refrigerator is also available in the unit. A heavy duty washer with spin dry is also placed in the kitchen or in the bathroom. Dining - Has a 2 seater dining table complete with utensils. Bathroom - The bathroom comes with a glass shower enclosure and a rain shower facility. A heavy duty washer and dryer are also placed in the kitchen or in the bathroom. Storage Space - The unit has built in cabinets for storage of your clothes and personal items. Here are the policies if you will swim: -ONLY 2 guests can swim per unit per day -Fee per guest: 150 pesos Monday to Friday or 300 pesos Saturday and Sunday or holidays. Please pay before you swim. The property management office is located on the 8th floor. It is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 11am (cut off time is until 11am). Closed on Sundays and Holidays -There will be days that the swimming pool is under maintenance or guests are not allowed to swim due to health or safety reasons. -Wear appropriate swimming attire -Bring your own towel -Dry yourself before taking the lift -No diving and bringing of food -infant or child should be accompanied by their parents or guardian. Other things to note My representatives will secure your passes before check-in. It is important that you provide the following after you book to avoid any delay during check-in: 1. a copy of your valid ID or passport Other requirements can be suddenly required by the government for local and foreign guests. To long-staying guests ( seven days or more ), I’d love to offer a special discount or a one-time complimentary house cleaning at your most convenient time. In addition, I can also provide cleaning service upon request which will be done by my housekeeper for a moderate fee. CHECK IN PROCESS: Our staff will meet you in the lobby. You will be required to register in the front desk, surrender a valid ID in exchange of a red card that you will use to collect your surrendered valid ID on the day of your check out. The front desk will be asking you of the Letter of Authorization (my staff will be providing it), and from there they will capture you a photo for registration.
