Green corner in town - only car equipped

Perfect green corner for taking a break and unwinding after a day of visits, meetings or shopping. The apartment overlooks a private garden and is part of a complex located in the middle of agricultural land. Access from Via Dozza continues on a dirt road crossing a wheat field, with hares and pheasants. 2 min from exit 12 of the ring road and A14 highway, 5 from Bellaria hospital, 10 from Bologna Fair, 5 from S. Lazzaro di Savena' services, shops and parks. Not suitable for travellers on foot. The space The accommodation made available is, in the original spirit of Airbnb, a real house, furnished to be lived in and which in fact reflects the taste, personality and possibilities of the owners and therefore it is not an aseptic, anonymous place, designed for rental exploitation but, we hope, a welcoming place in its merits and its limits. Animals are not allowed, both because we believe that the accommodation is not suitable and because we want to protect all guests from possible allergies (except, obviously, the cases of service animals as per Airbnb policy). Guest access We underline the importance of having your own car due to the dirt road which remains completely dark in the evening. Guests have access to the bedroom, bathroom with tub/shower, living room and veranda. Two utility rooms will remain closed, as will the mezzanine-storage room whose access staircase must remain closed. Weather permitting, 4 armchairs and a rocking chair can be used on the veranda. Due to the context, we advise, in summer, of the presence of mosquitoes against which you can protect yourself by exposing at least half an hour in advance, various types of mosquito coils are made available. Other things to note The house is conveniently located 2 minutes from the entrance to the ring road (exit 12) and the A14 motorway. If you want, you can leave the car and, walking a few minutes, you can reach the bus stop served by lines 15 and 19 which connect the center of Bologna and that of San Lazzaro di Savena.
