Our little haven is centrally located within Dorset, very close to Sandbanks, Bournemouth, New Forest, Purbecks and endless day trips. Very quiet location. Private annex space with own entrance; large and spacious bedroom with a king size bed and newly renovated en-suite. Space to relax and unwind with a sofa and TV. Access is through a utility space where you’ll find a sink with hard running water & a fridge. Access straight onto shared garden. The space Private, self contained annex space. The main house is on a large quiet road with plenty of free on street parking. It has its own entrance through a utility room, there are no cooking appliances to cook your own food but there is a fridge, microwave, toaster, crockery & cutlery provided for takeaways etc. Check in is by a lock key box so you can come and go as you please. Access directly onto a shared garden, guests are welcome to use this space to relax and unwind, there is a table with chairs to enjoy a drink or take away meals. You may be joined by our cats who are very friendly and love to say hello. We always provide tea & coffee making facilities with a small bottle of fresh milk. As well as a small welcome basket with a variety of snacks, these are different every time. If you’re planning a special occasion and would like something extra in the room for arrival please contact your host at least 5 days before arriving to discuss. Guest access Check in with the key lock box. Your stay is completely independent unless you would like to be checked in by your host, if so please contact us before your stay. Other things to note We are a working family with two young children, they sleep very well between the hours of 20:00 - 08:00, we ask for guests to respect these quiet hours and we respect them in return. Our children do make noise during the day, leave their toys in the garden and will say hello if they see guests coming and going. The space is designed for 2 guests, we’ve hosted adults & children and all have loved their stay. If you’re travelling with your infant, we can provide either a next to me cot for up to 6 months or a travel cot for up to 2 years old. Closest train station is Parkstone, this is less than 5 minute drive away, or a 20 minute walk. The ferry port is a 15 minute drive away. All local beaches are less than 5 minutes by car, around 30/40 minute walk. Sorry we do not allow pets as we have our own.
