The space Back of the house off the kitchen is an addition that has a with desk, laundry closet, & 2nd living room listed as theme room in pictures. Houses are close so you may slightly hear neighbors. Large windows in front and in back of the house. Curtains on the front main living room window, back second living room/theme room in back of house off the kitchen facing woods does not have curtains. Guest access Entire house. Use side door only up near garage for entry & exit. Back sliding doors stay shut please. Other things to note Lock box on side door not front door. Front door can be opened and closed but is difficult to close once opened so why side door is used for entry. Unfortunately lots of wear and tear from Hosting. Front living room ceiling light/fan is operated by a remote. Back Bedroom has separate heating from the front of the house, wall heater is continuous when on. the other heater by sliding doors. No curtains on back large glass doors.
