The space The unit is located in Condominios Pacifical and features a beautiful swimming pool. It also offers free Wi-Fi; however, cable service is not available. The condo is equipped with laundry facilities. Air Conditioning: Air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms. The unit includes two queen beds and a sofa bed; however, the sofa bed is not in an air-conditioned area. Structure: The unit is two stories with stairs, which may be a bit hazardous. It is not recommended for minors or older adults. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items such as toilet paper, hand soap, or shampoo. There are several supermarkets nearby for your convenience. • Towels & Linens: Each unit is stocked with a set number of bath and pool towels based on maximum occupancy. Other things to note The unit do NOT have Cable service. *Pool hours 08:00 am to 10:00 pm. *No visitors are allowed. *Do not leave AC on with room doors open (to avoid condensation). *All persons must shower before entering the pool area. *Please remove excess sand before entering the condo. *Glass containers/bottles are NOT allowed in the pool area. *Please do not move pool furniture out of place. *Pets are not allowed. NO SMOKING in pool area. *Please dispose of garbage in the garbage container. *Please do not wash items containing sand in the washing machine ****Beach Safety Rules**** Lifeguards are on duty from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Do not enter the water after 6:00 p.m. or after dark. Glass items and containers are not allowed on the beach. ***Flag Warning System*** Red flag: Entering the water is prohibited. Strong waves, rip currents, or extremely dangerous conditions. Purple flag: Dangerous marine life is present. Yellow flag: Use caution. Moderate surf and potentially risky conditions. ***General Regulations*** Camping is not allowed on the beach. Vehicles are not permitted on the beach. Weapons are strictly prohibited. Do not enter the water under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Campfires are not allowed. Do not leave your children unattended. Keep the beach clean, do not leave trash behind. AGE AND OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS: The GUEST responsible for the reservation must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must be present at the property throughout the entire rental period. GUEST’S companions under the age of 18 may not be left alone at the property at any time, nor in the surrounding common areas. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK: There are no lifeguards on duty. Consequently, anyone using the beach or the pool does so at their own risk, and neither MICASAS nor the owner assumes any liability for accidents or injuries. Children are not permitted to remain inside, outside the property, or in the surrounding common areas without adult supervision. No one should swim alone. The GUEST and each of the occupants present on the property during the rental period shall hold MICASAS and the owner harmless from any liability for bodily injury and/or property damage occurring on the property and arising from negligent acts or omissions of the GUEST or their companions. Additionally, the property features outdoor terraces and balconies. The GUEST and their companions agree to exercise caution and care when in these areas. The GUEST agrees to hold MICASAS and the owner harmless from any liability for damage or injury resulting from the GUEST’s use of the outdoor terraces.
