Just a 3-minute walk from the beach and a 20- minute stroll to Jaco’s town center. This bright and beautifully designed condo offers two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace. Enjoy the soothing sounds of birds from the creek behind the property while relaxing on the terrace or by the pool. Amenities include Wi-Fi, AC on each bedroom, and pool access for a relaxing stay. The space The unit is located in Condominios Pacifical and features a beautiful swimming pool. It also offers free Wi-Fi; however, cable service is not available. The condo is equipped with laundry facilities. Air Conditioning: Air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms. The unit includes two queen beds and a sofa bed; however, the sofa bed is not in an air-conditioned area. Structure: The unit is two stories with stairs, which may be a bit hazardous. It is not recommended for minors or older adults. Inventory: The condo has an inventory of items that will be checked both before check-in and aft PARKING: space measurement 3.90 meters long and 2.10 meters wide Important Information: • Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and throughout the facilities. • Guest Policy: Visits are not allowed for reservations of less than 30 days. Only registered guests at the time of check-in will be permitted. • Pet Policy: Pets, including dogs and cats, are not allowed. Amenities: • Basic Toiletries: Your condo includes basic toiletries. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items such as toilet paper, hand soap, or shampoo. There are several supermarkets nearby for your convenience. • Towels & Linens: Each unit is stocked with a set number of bath and pool towels based on maximum occupancy. A washer and dryer are available for your use. If you find any towels missing upon check-in, please notify us immediately. Eco-Friendly Electricity Use: Costa Rica is committed to sustainability. We kindly ask that you turn off lights and air conditioners when leaving the condo. This helps reduce costs and preserves our beautiful environment. Guest access The unit is a two-story unit, downstairs has small living room with a sofa bed and kitchen utensils, a full bathroom, terrace, and laundry area, On the second floor it has a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms each bedroom has 1 queen bed. The project has a swimming pool. 🚨PARKING: space measurement 3.90 meters long and 2.10 meters wide Other things to note The unit do NOT have Cable service. *Pool hours 08:00 am to 10:00 pm. *No visitors are allowed. *Do not leave AC on with room doors open (to avoid condensation). *All persons must shower before entering the pool area. *Please remove excess sand before entering the condo. *Glass containers/bottles are NOT allowed in the pool area. *Please do not move pool furniture out of place. *Pets are not allowed. NO SMOKING in pool area. *Please dispose of garbage in the garbage container. *Please do not wash items containing sand in the washing machine ****Beach Safety Rules**** Lifeguards are on duty from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Do not enter the water after 6:00 p.m. or after dark. Glass items and containers are not allowed on the beach. ***Flag Warning System*** Red flag: Entering the water is prohibited. Strong waves, rip currents, or extremely dangerous conditions. Purple flag: Dangerous marine life is present. Yellow flag: Use caution. Moderate surf and potentially risky conditions. ***General Regulations*** Camping is not allowed on the beach. Vehicles are not permitted on the beach. Weapons are strictly prohibited. Do not enter the water under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Campfires are not allowed. Do not leave your children unattended. Keep the beach clean, do not leave trash behind.
