Just 50 m from Agüero subway station (line D), Santa Fe Avenue, and Alto Palermo Shopping Mall, with quick access to the entire city. Private parking available (extra charge). Single bed by default; for 2 guests, choose between a double bed or two singles. Other things to note DOCUMENTS: Once your booking is confirmed, you will be asked to take a photo/scan of your ID card/passport/ID and complete a very simple form to enter the building, which gives greater security and flexibility with check-in/out. This is sent via w a p p. SCHEDULES: The check-in time is flexible FROM 15hs on the day you book. Check-out time is until 10am. Subject to availability, you are welcome to check in/out at any time outside these hours. This may incur an additional charge equivalent to half a stay - per request. CLEANING/SHEETS/TOWELS: For stays longer than 10 days, the obligatory cleaning protocol will be activated (including change of sheets and towels) EVERY 10 DAYS - its cost is charged to the guest and will be paid in advance on the platform (send me a message and I will send you the link with the dates of change and final cost). For shorter periods, guests are provided with one set of towels (one large and one small) per person/per stay. PROHIBITIONS: Smoking is forbidden in any part of the flat and the building (only in the street). No filming, parties, sex work or sexual exploitation is allowed. The flat is for holiday use only. It accepts a maximum of 2 persons. We do not accept bookings for third parties (at least one of the booking guests must stay in). Enjoy!
