Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, as well as a set of dishes and utensils for preparing and eating food. Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower, towels and basic toiletries. Balcony: You will be able to enjoy magnificent views of the sea and mountains from your personal balcony, where you can spend the morning with a cup of coffee or end the day admiring the sunset. Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the studio, allowing you to stay connected, work, or plan your adventures in the city. Parking: If you are traveling by car, free public parking will be available, but please note that spaces are limited and cannot be reserved and we do not guarantee a space. Other things to note Smoking: Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, a fine will be charged. - Technical problems: If any technical problems arise in the apartment during your stay (for example, problems with electricity, water, heating or Wi-Fi), please contact us immediately. We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible. - There may be construction work going on around the complex, so sometimes you will hear construction noise, but if there is any, then everything is within normal limits, usually from 10-11 am to 6-8 pm. - Parties and events: Parties and events are not permitted. We ask that you respect our neighbors and remain quiet after 10:00 p.m. - Cleaning and maintenance of the apartment: Please clean the apartment before you leave and leave it in the same condition you received it. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, please let us know in advance and we will arrange this for an additional fee. - Safety: The Orbi City complex provides a high level of security for its residents and guests. The entrance to the building is controlled by 24-hour security and a video surveillance system. All our guests can feel safe during their stay. - Children and infants: Our little guests are important to us! If you require a cot or high chair, please let us know in advance and we will endeavor to provide one for you. Please note that the apartment is on a high floor, so be especially careful with children near windows and balconies. - Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Please respect this rule to ensure the comfort of all our guests. - Environmental friendliness: We strive to make our housing as environmentally friendly as possible. Please use electricity, water and heating wisely and separate waste for disposal. - Accessibility for guests with disabilities: Unfortunately, our apartment is not fully accessible for guests with disabilities. However, the building has an elevator, which will facilitate access to the apartment.
