Comfy and private freestanding studio with large deck. The studio is nestled in a grove of live oaks, and overlooks a quaint market flower garden. This is a bed and breakfast, offering coffee, tea, fresh fruit, oatmeal, granola, juice, milk, oat/almond milk etc. This fenced-in property, and large, private, covered deck provides safe storage for guest bikes and sporting equipment. Local trail maps provided for your hiking and biking adventures! The space This is a small farm located on the forest ridge of Mount Barnabe. The property has two acres fenced off from the wildlife creatures that often wander behind the property. The studio, where guests will stay, is located in the center of the property surrounded by a grove of live oaks. The studio unit is surrounded by privacy fences, curtains, and hedges to provide the utmost privacy for our guests. The cottage across from the studio is where your hosts reside with their hens, roosters and Logan (the farm dog), where they are readily available to accommodate guest needs. | Proximity to Trails and Beaches | 45 mins. to S.F., 39 mins to Mount Tamalpais, 30-40 mins. to Pt. Reyes National Seashore beaches, 30 minutes to Bolinas/Stinson/Limantour Beaches, and less than 5 mins. to Samuel P. Taylor State Park and San Geronimo Park, and Roy's Redwoods. 6 minutes to Spirit Rock Meditation Center Guest access This private space is separate from the other buildings. Guests are provided with 2 maximum parking spots adjacent to the studio. After entering property gate, please drive up the driveway and turn RIGHT when you see the retaining wall. Drive into the parking corral in between the studio (on your left) and the flower field (on your right). Walk up pathway to the steps at the east side of the building. You can enter the building, either through (1) the kitchen; or (2) the bedroom on the east side of the building. We ask that our guests enjoy their stay within the confines of the studio's private fenced-in yard, within the main property, and the expansive private deck connected to the studio. Other things to note This bed and breakfast is on a working farm with a flock of hens and roosters. Please be prepared for the roosters occasionally crowing during your stay. Please do not explore onto the farm grounds as we want to minimize guest exposure to sharp objects, sharp tools, heavy and dangerous farm equipment, livestock debris, etc. _ No parties permitted as we are a small bed and breakfast. No exceptions, thank you. _ We do have a fireplace, but fires are not permitted for liability reasons, due to fire insurance being unavailable in this county. We do use the fireplace to save on heating costs, and for added heat in the winter, but we ask that you do not feed the fire or operate the fireplace without supervision . Thank you for understanding.
