Bathroom: Modern Bath: Shower with hot water from the heater. Laundry: Washing Machine: Use the 7 kg automatic washing machine. Bedroom 1: Cozy Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, built-in cabinets, and AC. If you plan to arrive late, kindly inform us in advance. Maximum Capacity: 6 pax. Use of Gas: Additional 200 pesos for gas usage. Is smoking allowed? Smoking is highly prohibited inside the house. Is there a Quiet Time? Yes, Quiet Time is from 10:00pm Onwards. Parking: We can accommodate maximum 2 cars, 1 car in the garage and 1 car outside (In front of the house). We kindly request that guests ensure the vehicle is parked with utmost care and consideration for neighboring spaces. Are Pets Allowed? Absolutely!
