We offer a luxurious and peaceful 'home away from home' experience in an affluent area close to Manchester Airport. This is a modern, immaculately clean and a spacious bedroom with private ensuite, luxury fitted carpet, large super-king bed with ultra-fast WiFi connection. Local Shops, and restaurants are short walk away (please see our Guidebook for local recommendations), and so is the local train station from where Manchester Airport is only one stop away and Piccadilly 11 minutes ride. The space I extend my warm welcome to you and hope you will be satisfied with your choice. The room is a large 4.5m x 3.6m size, with the Garden view, with luxury fitted carpet, an attached modern ensuite with a double walk-in shower, stocked with ample toiletries for your use. You’ll also have access to a microwave and a kettle in a small kitchenette area outside the room for your convenience. You can make tea/coffee with the facilities provided, which is complementary, and so is a selection of cereals and pastries available as a light breakfast. There is a Mini Fridge in the room that will be stocked with fresh milk for cereals/tea/coffee making and cold water. You will also be provided with a set of dishes, mugs and cutlery on a dining table for two. Dirty dishes can be left outside the room in the kitchenette area, and these will be replaced overnight. We kindly ask you to enjoy your meals with care, on the dining table and not on the bed. An Iron and an Ironing board is also available in the room and also a hair dryer. The bathroom will be stocked up with hand & body wash, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste for your use, as well as a set of fresh towels. You can also park your car for free on the driveway for the duration of your stay. Longer duration parking is available for those going away on a holiday and wish to avoid the highly inflated airport parking charges. Please enquire during your booking. I Guest access Your room is secluded and separate from the rest of the house, is on the ground floor towards the rear of the property, with its own entrance from the side of the house, allowing for a contactless arrival and departure. You can enjoy the privacy and comfort of this modern, newly renovated room in my house. It is the only one I rent out, so you won't have to share the space with other guests or residents. Other things to note We also provide a convenient and affordable car parking for travelers flying from Manchester Airport and wish to avoid the highly inflated airport parking charges. Please enquire during your booking. (We can also arrange/recommend reliable local taxi firms, if required). Please note, this is not a 'secure' or 'insured' parking, however, your car will be on the driveway of our private home which is always occupied! We are only a short walk away from our local train station (HealdGreen), from where there is a regular train service to/from Manchester Airport (one stop away) and Manchester Piccadilly (around 15 minutes train ride away). Trains run from around 6am till midnight and cost around £3 per person (tickets can be purchased from the station or from Northern Rail app). Alternatively, Lynxtaxis are a reliable local taxi firm and a taxi can be pre booked via their app or their website (Taxi's to/from the airport cost around £14 when pre booked). Guests with accompanying children in a travel cot are more than welcome, but please confirm when making a booking.
