Apartment "Heuberg" in the Inn Valley

1-room apartment on the first floor of an apartment building. It is great for active vacationers. Hikes and bike tours in the surrounding mountains can be started directly from the front door. An outdoor swimming pool is in the immediate vicinity. In winter, several ski and toboggan areas can be reached within about 20-40 minutes. It is conveniently located between Rosenheim and Kufstein and can be reached via the highway. Munich and Salzburg can be reached in about 1 hour. The space The apartment is located in a newly built apartment building. In summer, it is possible to cool the rooms by approx. 3 degrees. The south-facing terrace offers enough space for outdoor breakfast. In the apartment is a bed 1.80 m wide and a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed. Towels and linens are provided. On the terrace there is a hot tub which is heated to a pleasant 38 degrees via an air heat pump. For very cold winter days, the hot tub can be heated with wood, which is provided by us. The hot tub is equipped with water massage jets. At night, the LED lighting immerses the water in different colors. Guest access Access is easy via a key box.
