It is essential to go out onto the street to smoke and to pick up cigarette butts afterwards.* *The units are located on the second and third floors of a triplex. You will need to climb one flight of stairs to access the first apartment, with 15 steps to climb. There will be a second flight of stairs to access the second apartment, with 14 steps to climb.
