Other things to note *Noise* The apartments are located in a charming, typical building in Old Montreal. However, the soundproofing is not perfect. Being in a lively neighborhood, there may be noise disturbances (cars, people, etc.) as in any large city. *Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations and on the balconies. It is essential to go out onto the street to smoke and to pick up cigarette butts afterwards.* *The units are located on the second and third floors of a triplex. You will need to climb one flight of stairs to access the first apartment, with 15 steps to climb. There will be a second flight of stairs to access the second apartment, with 14 steps to climb.
