Cozy log house on old farm

Cozy, old log house with two floors, on a farm. 1st floor: Hallway with staircase and wardrobe, kitchen with a small dining area and living room with dining room. There is also a living room and a bathroom. Underfloor heating in the bathroom and there is a heat pump and wood stove in the living/dining room. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, 4 beds. Panel heaters in both bedrooms, fireplace in the hallway right outside. There are also 2 extra beds in the living room that can also be used. There is access to firewood outside the door and in the designated space. The space Megarden is a medieval farm and is located on the slope below RV 255 through Skåbu. In addition to the protected living room building, there are several buildings worthy of protection in the courtyard. The host has his own house for use on weekends and holidays. The rental house and the host's house are located opposite each other with an inner courtyard in between. We are a family of 4 and a dog. Guest access Guests can use the whole house except 1 room and a storage room that is closed off on the 2nd floor. The other houses on the farm are also not available for guests. Other things to note * Electric car charger: Not possible on site, the nearest charging station is in Skåbu city center at the gas station/Skåbu hotel. Charging points 4 pcs. 7.4 kW Type 2 * Bed linen: guests must bring their own bed linen (pillowcases, sheets and duvet covers) and towels. * The house is only rented to persons over 25 years. *Mobile broadband can be used.
