The apartment has a bedroom with a queen size bed, a balcony, living room with sofa bed and dining room, bathroom and kitchen with pantry. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas stove top, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. In the living room there is a television with several channels, Internet access and a landline telephone. Parking is private and free. We have basic and beach towels. RRAL 4377 The space In addition to the appliances already described, the kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, kitchenware and all the necessary quipment to comfortably prepare your meals. For your safety there is a fire extinguisher and fire blanket. In the living and dining room you will find a television with several national/international channels, a landline telephone, books, games, tourist information and a guest book. The dining room is fully equipped so you can enjoy your meals. In the bathroom you will find a first aid kit, hairdryer, bathtub with shower, towels, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, laundry basket and cleaning products. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed with 4 drawers for storage, bed linen, a wardrobe with hangers, mirror, bedside tables with lamps, access to the balcony with table and chairs to enjoy and relax with a glass of wine. Guest access In addition to enjoying the entire apartment, guests will also have access to free private parking in the condominium's parking lot. There is also free street parking. Other things to note Starting from January 1, 2025, the City Hall created a tourist tax that must be charged to all guests, per night, in any type of tourist establishment located in the Municipality of Lagoa, regardless of the reservation method. Guests under the age of 13 and residents of the Azores Autonomous Region are excluded from this fee, if proof of address is provided. Payment is made at check-in to the accommodation employee. €2 per person must be charged per night and for a maximum of 3 nights, not exceeding €6 per person. Registration Details 4377/AL
