3bed house, Work Travel, wifi&netflix, No Parties

Spotlessly clean, & 3 miles off the M6! Read my reviews 🤩Predominantly used by people working away, but concert goers @Aintree & Edge Hill Uni visitors use it lots! WIFI&NETFLIX. A lovely clean bath &shower! Sleeps 4 - (3 bedrooms, 2 single, 1 double) Office desk! Asda 2 miles away! Ace pub with pool table, coffee’s, 3 min walk! Lovely pleasant neighbours on both sides! NO BATH TOWELS, OR IRON (after burnt carpets)PLS NOTE THIS IS AN EX COUNCIL HOUSE, externally not pretty, but fine :) The space A lovely, warm 3 bedroom house, offering a safe & comfortable lovely space, I’ve had nothing but lovely reviews about my airb&b with many repeat guests :), 1 lady who stayed on her own told me “this is the safest I’ve felt staying in an airb&b alone” :) Both neighbours are lovely people and maintain their homes to a very high standards, (as is mine) THIS IS AN EX COUNCIL HOUSE, externally not the prettiest, but it’s fine! There are stunning surrounding rural areas like Parbold, Dalton, Lathom, Burscough, and Ormskirk with its lovely market town :) There are so many gorgeous restaurants nearby too, like ring o bells on the Leeds Liverpool canal (& you can even charge your electric car there free ;) Guest access Free and ample parking for many vehicles/vans, right by the house (not suitable for wheelchair living), not suitable for the disabled sorry, or young children, STRICTLY NO PETS I am allergic to pets and I use this Airb myself Other things to note Check in 3pm, check out strictly 11am (unless otherwise agreed) I hope you don’t mind but BATH TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED sorry, hand and tea towels are included Shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, biscuits, and coffee are all included ;) No iron at the Airb due to a previous guest burning my carpet, sorry lock box and address provided after confirmation WASHING MACHINE IS NOT PLUMBED IN sorry
