Book with our neighboring property for the ultimate family getaway! The space What to expect: The Master bedroom has one King bed and a Twin roll away. Pac-N-Play in Master closet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The Living room has a Queen sofa bed, telescope and Foosball table. Pet friendly! A pet fee of $40 will be applied if bringing pets (2 pets max). For any questions on what is supplied at the house reach out to us. Bring a 4-wheel-drive during heavy rain or snow. There are dirt roads to and on the property. The EV charger is level 2 Wallbox Pulsar Plus J1772 and Tesla adapter. Exterior camera over garage has been added for security. Enjoy the Wood Burning fireplace (wood included). Reach out for instructions. No Smoking, fireworks or campfires Please keep the garage and all doors and screens closed when not in use. A text will be sent to your phone with instructions and QR code to access the door key. The gate code will be given out before arrival. Guest access Recommended: please come out with a higher profile vehicle. Tesla owners: please use Apple or Google Maps (Not Tesla maps).The roads are “bumpy” after the last storm. There are large grooves in the road that are not good for low profile vehicles. Guests can use all 40 acres of the property and can bring their own Quads, bikes, cars, RV's etc. There are nearby quad and campground areas for the experienced daredevils! Dirt roads to and around the property. It's best to have a 4-wheel-drive vehicle to access Via Oak Grove and the property during extremely rainy and snowy conditions. EV charger is level 2 Wallbox Pulsar Plus J1772 and Tesla adapter. Other things to note This property is out in the country - stores and gas stations are at least 20 minutes away. Please do all your shopping and get gas before arriving (Although there is an EV charger available). We provide spices, olive oil, and condiments. Guests who overstay past 11:00am will be charged $50 per hour (unless granted late check out by host before 11:00am). - While our property is professionally treated for pests on a regular basis, please note that due to our peaceful rural setting, occasional sightings of insects or critters may occur. This is a natural part of being in a remote, nature-rich environment. We maintain high cleanliness standards and respond promptly to any concerns during your stay.
