Modern Cozy 1 bedroom with AC, apartment fits perfectly 2 adults. Entire Apartment. Strategic located on the hearth of the Ingleses, you can walk at any place. The building is on a simple quiet street, no elevator. Complete with AC, Wi-Fi, garage, near to supermarket, stores, and easy access to the Beach 600 m. The place is ideal for couples or in solo adventurers. Everything inside is new with dinner table, cable tv, queen size bed, equipped new kitchen with basics. No kids under 16. The space Our cool apartment has vibrant colors, every item was bought in 2017. it's a very simple place to stay with a little comfort you. Flat TV, queen size bed, decorated pillowcases, ceiling fans, microwave coffee makers..However, our apartment is located Inside an old construction building, not attractive , is not charming at all. There is no elevator, the street has no pavement and a neighbor has a dog. Some nice people will try to talk to you as a courtesy. Unfortunately, I will not be handling the keys, but a co-host who will open the apartment for you. If you don't have a problem with the aesthetics, and want to be on the heart of the Ingleses, this is the place. Guest access There will be a co-host to delivery the keys, I will give his phone number. You are able to prepare coffee before you leave to explore the Island! The kitchen is supplied with cups, plates, small pans, basic utensils a toaster, coffee to brewing., microwave. You can prepare a simple breakfast before heading out to explore Florianopolis and its 100 beaches locations. Other things to note I advise the building is very, very simple, an old construction, there is no management or cleaning crews. I just say is ugly. there is no elevator, no pavement on the street but is located in the central area. You keep your car and you can walk around. There are so many interesting things to do outdoors such as to explore Florianopolis Island such as surfing, hiking in the mountains, to visit lots of beaches with amazing landscaping, local artists, to try the delicious Brazilian food such as empanados, Acai, Sugar Can Juice and cooked corn,...you will enjoy your stay! The location is in a convenient area, near to everything and you may walk if you like. you may visit groceries, stores, the little downtown, gas station, informal market on the streets, and food locations.
