Other things to note Please make sure all vehicles are parked in the driveway overnight as overnight street parking is not allowed, per the HOA. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, no parties or large gatherings allowed as we respect the neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment. -- POLICIES -- - No smoking allowed - No events, parties or large gatherings - No pet(s) allowed -- For Extended Stay guests -- (Extended stays are for guest bookings greater than 28 days, booked at the time of reservation only). A short-term rental agreement is required for bookings of 28+ consecutive days. Your Email Address will be requested in order to send you the short-term rental agreement electronically via Docusign to sign. Trash Collection: Please bring the trash and recycle barrels to the street on Tuesdays, anytime after 3 PM. Collection day: Trash and recycle bins are emptied on Wednesdays. Return: Please return both barrels behind the gate once emptied. Landscaping Services: The landscapers service the yards every other week, typically on Wednesdays, at no additional cost to the guest. They will let themselves into the backyard to mow, weed, and blow the property. House Cleaning Services: If you would like house cleaning services during your extended stay, please contact the host via the app to schedule. This service is available at an additional cost to the guest. Mail and Package Delivery: Mail and package delivery are not available to the property. If you need mail or package delivery services during your extended stay, please consider setting up a PO Box off-premises. The terms and conditions of the short-term rental agreement for extended stays (over 28+ day stays) will include: • Parties involved: Full names and contact information of the host and all guests(s). • Rental period: Specific dates and times for arrival and departure. • Occupancy limits: Maximum number of guests allowed. • House rules: Restrictions on smoking, parties, noise, and amenities. • Cancellation policy: Details on how cancellations are handled. • Check-in and check-out procedures: Door keyless entry code and property access instructions. • Property details: Address and description of the property and its amenities. • Liability: Limitations of liability for both parties. • Local regulations: Applicable laws, ordinances, and bylaws.
