Bedrooms: • Master Suite: Indulge in the comfort of our master bedroom, featuring a plush queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, providing a private, serene space to unwind. • Two Queen Bedrooms: Two additional bedrooms are furnished with cozy queen beds, offering a peaceful night's sleep in a stylish setting. • Kids' Paradise: The fourth bedroom is a delightful haven for younger guests, with two sets of bunk beds, creating a fun and comfortable sleeping arrangement for children. Bathrooms: • Ensuite: The master bedroom's ensuite includes a shower with modern fixtures, ensuring a luxurious and private experience. • Full Guest Bathroom: A shared full bathroom, equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, caters to the comfort of other guests, combining functionality with elegance. Living Spaces: • Open-Plan Kitchen and Living Area: The heart of the home, the fully equipped kitchen opens up onto the dining space , which seamlessly integrates with both the larger living room and the outdoor areas which blend comfort with outdoor relaxation, ideal for socializing and entertaining. • Cozy Theatrette: A smaller lounge space has been set up with couches and a big screen TV for movie nights, or keeping kids entertained while adults enjoy their own time. Kitchen and Dining: Our spacious, well-equipped kitchen is a culinary delight, making meal preparation a breeze. But with our proximity to renowned restaurants, including hatted restaurants like Jayden Ong Wines, No. 7, Tarrawarra Estate and more, you’d be forgiven for leaving the pots and pans untouched. Outdoor Entertainment: The modest-sized backyard is an inviting setting for outdoor entertainment, offering a tranquil backdrop for relaxation and social activities. Local Attractions: Just a few minutes walk from our house you'll find Four Pillars - Australia's top ranked gin distillery, the cellar door for Payten & Jones or hidden gems like Watt's River Brewery. In addition to some of Australia's best wineries and breweries, our location is an epicenter of culinary and cultural delights. Notable attractions like Rochford and Healesville Sanctuary are less than a 10 minute drive away, ensuring a blend of relaxation and exploration. Special Offer: As a special touch, we provide a complimentary self-guided walking tour of the area's best food, wine, brewery, and distillery spots, allowing you to experience Healesville's unique charm at your own pace, without requiring a designated driver. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the property during your stay, please note that on weekdays our laundry service may access the garage, they have their own key and should not be a disturbance. We are happy to accommodate different configurations, a laundry & housekeeping fee of $55 per additional bed applies. *REMINDER* Our house is a brand-new home in a small residential development. At present some adjacent properties are under construction, this should pose minimal disruption, however during daytime hours you may notice normal construction activities as our neighbor’s homes near completion.
