Room Sittensen am Mühlenteich (NY)

Our New York room is perfect for a couple with two children, but also for one or two people. There is a 1.40-metre bed and also a large sofa that can be pulled out. The Mühlenteich is next door, and within easy walking distance there are various restaurants, playgrounds, an outdoor swimming pool and also various supermarkets are within walking distance. There is also a bus service that goes directly to the train to Hamburg and Bremen. In addition, the Nordpfad trail runs through Sittensen, and the Tister Bauernmoor is not far away. The space We have put a lot of effort into making our rooms cosy for you. We were inspired by "New York" for this room. This room now also has blackout curtains in addition to the pleated blinds, so you can get a great night's sleep without being woken too early by the sun. The room is on the upper floor. My mother-in-law lives downstairs in a separate flat. She has years of Airbnb experience and looks forward to having people in the house. There are a total of three rooms that can be rented individually, a shared bathroom, a kitchen with a hob, kettle, microwave and fridge, and a small dining area. !!!! The kitchen and bathroom may therefore be shared with other guests!!!!! If you have small children with you, we will also be happy to provide you with a baby travel cot. If you want to bring a dog, please contact us in advance and we will see if this is possible during the period. Guest access The shared bathroom and kitchen are available for all guests. We're still working on setting up a small seating area outside in the garden... If we are unable to greet you in person, there is a key safe and we will simply clarify all the details in advance. Since we work and also like to travel ourselves, we are not permanently there, but we are always available to you by cell phone. However, the area upstairs is completely separate except for a common entrance door. Other things to note Bedding is of course provided, towels can be taken if necessary.
