Fully equipped 23.4 m2 tourist accommodation on the 1st floor (no elevator). In a renovated 1931 bourgeois house (end of construction April 2024) of 4 apartments. 1st floor apartment in a 2-storey building. Quiet; close to the train station (from where you can reach Paris) and city center (10-min walk), and 3-min walk from a bakery, tobacco shop, Lidl, the banks of the Oise... For one or two people. We live 10 minutes away in case of any problems. The space Northeast-facing apartment on the 1st floor rented furnished (3 steps to climb then one floor). For 1 or 2 people. Description: Living area: 23.42 m2 + a small balcony a main room with 1 bed 140X190, small sofa, wardrobe... + a bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) + open kitchen area Studio with double bed linen and towels provided, storage furniture, TV, equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, fridge/built-in small freezer, 2 induction hobs, hood). Common spaces: - Laundry (to be shared for 3 apartments: 1 washing machine and 1 dryer). - Green spaces at the back: possibility to eat outside, with clothesline, relaxation area. Free parking spaces, outside. Energy performance certificate: D Charges included: furnished and equipped apartment, bed linen and bathroom linen provided in duplicate if necessary, property and housing tax, household waste tax, maintenance of indoor and outdoor common areas, owner insurance. Subscription and consumption of water, electricity, gas within the limits of normal consumption. Access to the laundry room. Included: High-performance Wi-Fi available. The boiler for heating is turned off on sunny days. At the back there are 2 outbuildings without tenants, we do work inside with my husband. PS: We accept short stays to fill our calendar but we prefer longer stays.
