Up to two dogs allowed (*a one time PET FEE of $100.00). Nestled on a peaceful one-block road with minimal traffic ensures a tranquil retreat. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, Fire Stick for TV , board games, outdoor seating and gas grill, and the convenience of a washer and dryer. The space B's Place is totally yours for the duration of your stay. Guest access Indulge in the utmost privacy during your stay, as guests have exclusive access to every facet of the home. From the serene bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen to the inviting living space and the secluded backyard with its six foot privacy fence for your pet, patio furniture and gas grill. Your experience is designed for uninterrupted tranquility. Other things to note No parties allowed. Only registered guests allowed on property unless permission was given prior. Please note that smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited within the house. For your convenience, an ashtray is provided outside, accompanied by a table and chairs for up to four people. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment indoors. Dog Rules: B’s Place welcomes you and your dog and hope you have a wonderful stay! A one time charge of $100.00 is required. B hopes she can continue this policy if guests follow these simple common-sense rules. Guests are permitted two dogs. The dog(s) must be free of commutative deseases and up to date (required every 3 years) on rabies and DHPP (vaccines for Distemper, Adenovirus (Hepatitis), Parainfluenza and Parvovirus). The dog(s) must be flea and tick free and current on prevention treatment. The dog(s) must also be free of intestinal parasites. Guests will not leave the dog unattended in the home unless crated.(can provide if needed). Dog(s) can not be left outside while guests are away from the home. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any and all dog waste. Please dispose in the provided bags and place bagged waste in the outdoor trash bin. An added fee will be charged if yard is not cleaned up . Please clean your dog(s) before he/she comes indoors. Large towels are provided or Guests may bring their own. Guests will not let the dog relieve itself inside the house or in neighbors’ yards. Two dog beds are provided. The dog(s) are not allowed on the guest beds at any time. Evidence any pet soiling/damage on bed or bedding may incur extra cleaning or replacement fees. The owner is responsible for any monies/liabilities caused by the dog or suffered by any person during Guests’ stay at B's Place. Guests understand that B’s Place will charge accordingly for the repair of any damages, additional cleaning requirements, or flea treatment caused by dog’s presence or behavior.
