Located on beautiful Star Lake, one of the most desirable lakes in northern Wisconsin, the Star Camp Compound includes Oak and Fern Cabins which were newly completed in 2007. These year round homes have rustic north woods charm for the perfect vacation. Oak Cabin and Fern Cabin rent as a duo during our peak season-May through the first week of September. Oak and Fern can be rented separately or together for a discounted rate during our off-peak months-September-April, excluding holidays. Please inquire directly about holiday rates. Oak Cabin has one king, and two queen bedroom suites, each with its own private bathroom, and also includes a separate powder room. Oak Cabin includes a fully outfitted kitchen with dishwasher, double ovens, gas grill, and a dining table suitable for ten. Oak Cabin's large screened porch overlooks the lake. Oak Cabin also includes two fireplaces, bar with wine fridge, den with fold-out couch, and playroom with flatscreen TV, DVD player, and ping pong table. Fern Cabin has a queen bedroom suite and a full bedroom suite, and also includes a loft with two twin mattresses. Fern Cabin includes a fully outfitted kitchen with dishwasher, and dining table suitable for six. Fern Cabin's large screened porch overlooks the lake.
