The space Villa Cleo is a fantastic home, architecturally built and dates from 2024. There is a lovely swimming pool (open from 8 am to 11 pm) with outdoor shower in the beautiful garden. Sun beds and a covered garden terrace offer a lot of comfort. Two bedrooms on the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool and garden. All bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. Night watchman present Fully fenced property Daily personal host/assistant present for cleaning, bed making, pool maintenance, garden maintenance and as a first point of contact. Chef prepares the most delicious dinners for a small fee. The chef must be booked in advance, as he is not part of our team, but works as a self-employed person for various Airbnbs. The house manager and the security guard in the evenings, are strictly watching this. Our Back up system is for emergencies and provides refrigerator, pool, fans, indoor and outdoor lighting. It may be that the Wifi does not work in case of power outage. In the kitchen, one outlet is usable in case of an emergency. Think of phone drawers, laptop or to make coffee. Fortunately, the power outages are usually short-lived and our back up system ensures a pleasant stay. Swimming pool -Only white sunscreen is allowed. Yellow or other colors than white cause stains on the terrazzo of the pool and are therefore not allowed. -There is no supervision at the swimming pool. Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. The maximum water depth is 140 cm. - Diving is not allowed. -Edges and floors can be slippery. Coconuts: “The grounds contain coconut palms. They are regularly maintained, but in tropical environments, of course, risk can never be completely ruled out.” So always beware of falling coconuts. Floors: Floors indoors and outdoors can be slippery, especially when they get wet. Mosquitoes: All our rooms are equipped with mosquito nets on all windows, so a mosquito net is not necessary. We recommend buying a can of Doom spray and spraying the bedrooms one hour before going to bed. In the evening, we recommend covering clothing and possibly spraying with Deet anti-mosquito spray. With these simple measures, you will hardly be bothered.
