Perfect location on the edge of the forest as a starting point for hiking, mountain biking or motorcycling in Franconian Switzerland. Nevertheless, centrally located, shopping is a 10-minute walk. Train station is about 20 minutes away. By car, each is a maximum of 5 minutes away. Electric charging available (for a fee). Covered balcony. Bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. The apartment is located in the attic. Large built-in kitchen. Pets on request. The space 2 bedrooms each with 1.60 x 2.00 m beds as well as a wardrobe, bedside table and lamps. 1 room with TV. Skylight incl. fly screen and external roller blind for complete darkening. Additional sleeping options on a couch or air bed. Guest access Garden use is possible on request. Other things to note A shy Chihuahua lives with us. You may encounter her in the garden😉. Pets are allowed on request and if they have no problems with small dogs. Dogs should be kept on a leash on the property as it is not completely fenced.
