Leading on from the main bedroom is a modern bathroom with sleek brass fittings, supplying the necessary hygiene products along with all towels & toiletries. The stunning Mid Century style kitchen makes cooking & clean up easy with a dishwasher & new appliances, stocking all you need for a pleasant stay. Tucked away in a concealed pantry you can enjoy complimentary coffee & tea along with a range of breakfast cereals & condiments. Hidden behind another cabinet door you will find a full sized fridge/freezer for all your grocery needs. A bright & minimalist space in the dining & living area to relax entertain family, friends and company. Enjoy the most breathtaking sunsets from the secluded deck area or take a short stroll up to the the delightful local boat ramp, offering sheltered BBQ amenities, a park & stunning water views. Set on just under a quarter acre, Manns Beach is the perfect place for fishing, kayaking & water sports. Burrows Inlet has a large under house storage to accommodate car parking along with boats, jet skis & bikes for the adventure enthusiasts! Manns Beach may seem remote but you’re actually only a 10 minute drive to Port Albert where you can enjoy the most delicious fresh fish & chips on the water or at the nearby park. Yarram is only a quick 14 minute drive where you can access the local shopping centre, bakeries, cafes & much more! There is so much to explore in this beautiful part of Victoria, come & stay with us! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE : We have local bunnies at the property they have burrows under the big tree in the backyard. Kangaroos love to pop over for a visit in the yard as well! Please be mindful when driving in to Manns Beach on the main road. Kangaroos tend to jump out early mornings & at dusk. When we have guests checking out and checking in on the same days, our lovely cleaning team will be changing over all bed linens etc. This does mean that sometimes the bed linen may differ to the images provided. But they are still beautiful in keeping with the aesthetics of the home.
