The space The Cozy Cottage is located on a quiet family friendly dead end street, near the Brentwood Country Club and golf curse. The cottage is a clean and safe spot to relax or work in peace. Cleaned and sanitized after each guest. It has a bedroom with queen size bed and TV. There is also a queen size pull out couch that sleeps two people in the livingroom with TV. There is a folding twin cot if needed for a 5th person. (Cottage can sleep up to 5 people if needed). There is also another Airbnb RV on this property if you would like to reserve both for more people please let us know and we will see if both are available for your dates. Your own private backyard with porch area, fire pit and outdoor furniture to relax. There is heat and AC, blankets, pillows, towels, linens, etc. The bathroom has shower, sink, toilet. The kitchen has Pots/pans utensils, dishes, Coffee machine, Soap, etc. Free street parking in front of the house. Free street parking in front of house. Your privacy is always respected and noone bothers you, but we are always available if you have any questions or concerns. We offer camp fire, Birthday or romantic packages to surprise your special someone for their birthday, anniversary or just a romantic evening. Everything is set up for you before you arrive. For camp fire package we can come start your fire at a specific time for you and provide stuff to make s'mores on the fire, (if someone is available to do so). The Birthday package includes, balloons and decorations set up in the unit. Romantic package includes, heart decorations and rose pedals, Must request and pay in advance. If you are looking for transportation services, such as limousine for a night out on the town or to and from airport or any recommendations , please let us know!If you click the pictures on the listing you can enlarge them to get a better view of each picture. This is not a place for gatherings or party. If you would like to purchase fire wood please let us know. Laundry detergent is also not provided.
