It’s also just as good for a relaxing break, kicking back and taking in some peace, quiet and healthy sea air. Whitby has plenty of fun things to do, and many superb restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes. We are available 24/7 for any questions. We are also always happy to provide recommendations for eating out! The space This is a superbly presented one bedroom apartment which is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 people where required. The most loved feature is it’s feature spiral staircase which leads from the cosy, newly decorated living room to the bright and airy double bedroom upstairs*. The cosy living room features a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV with Freeview & OnDemand, plus a DVD player and a small library of films — perfect for relaxing evenings in. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from fridge and microwave to electric oven and hob. The bathroom (ground floor) has a shower, WC and hand basin. It also, importantly, has plenty of shelf space for you to store your washbag contents during your stay, making you feel right at home. The whole apartment has gas central heating serviced by a brand new boiler installed Oct 2024 to keep you warm when you need it. There’s also a shared yard, secluded enough for both lazy days and reading a book! High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout. *(Please do note the spiral staircase leading to the main bedroom - especially with children or people with restricted mobility ). Guest access All of the apartment is included as well as access to the outside space in the rear yard. Other things to note We provide a complimentary parking scratch card for your stay, giving access to local resident zones nearby. On-street spaces are usually available, and if not, three convenient pay-and-display car parks are just a short 3-minute walk away. *(Please do note about the spiral staircase leading to the main bedroom - especially with children or people not too stable on their feet). As mentioned the space is ideal for 2 people and despite being able to accommodate 4 people, this obviously does impact on the available space.
