Lock Keepers Cottage

This beautiful cottage, situated in the heart of Birdham Pool Marina is the perfect getaway. It is a 10-minute drive from both Chichester & the blue flagged West Wittering Beach, close to Goodwood & within walking distance of some great local pubs. With the 18-mile Salterns Way on the doorstep, there are also fantastic walking & bicycle trails. It has a large open plan kitchen/living area, two double bedrooms, an outdoor patio/dining area as well as 3 car parking spaces & storage for bicycles. The space The cottage can sleep up to four people with two double bedrooms, both with king-size beds. There is one main bathroom upstairs with a large bath, shower, WC & sink and downstairs there is a further WC & sink. All linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen contains an electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle & toaster as well as a Nespresso Coffee Machine. There is also a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The adjoined living space has two comfy sofas, a large flat screen TV & plenty of space for everyone to relax. There are bi-fold doors leading onto a spacious patio, perfect for al-fresco dining. Other things to note There is a comfort cooling system installed in the cottage which can be adjusted to either heat or cool the space. Fans can be provided upon request. There is fibre optic wifi throughout.
