Enjoy a comfortable and centrally-located place. A five-minute walk to downtown, in the heart of the street art district, our 25 m2 studio is the perfect place to enjoy the city on foot. For a concert, a feria, or a cultural visit, we are close to everything but far enough away to have a quiet stay. Longtime fans of the Airbnb spirit, we love to share by offering a table d'hôtes of local specialties and delicious pastries. The space The studio is independent of our main home. We offer to share a table d'hôte or to have breakfast on our tree-lined terrace which is located in our accommodation. Guest access It is best to notify us before your arrival, as we provide our small secure garage for paid parking in the city center for the duration of the stay. The terrace is accessible for breakfast but remains for private use INFORMATION to benefit from our garage: - notify us at the time of your booking or at the latest the day before your arrival. - This is a small downtown garage more suitable for small/medium sedans than SUVs.
