Quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance of all services; on foot you can find a pharmacy, supermarket, bus stop, good international restaurants. A generous 1200-meter plot that is fully fenced in case you come with children or your pet. It has large areas by environments where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of your garden. Facing south, you will enjoy the wonderful sun of Jávea all day with warm golden sunsets. Be enchanted by a large green and flowery garden with natural grass around the pool.
