Relax and unwind in our custom design bathroom. Featuring high-end bath products & plush towels. Soak in a petal-drawn bath in our skirted cast-iron tub. Shower under our waterfall shower head all awhile keeping your toes warm on the heated floors throughout the entire ground level. cozy up in the upstairs king loft. Featuring an oversized king wingback bed -layered in high-end designer bedding. Turn on the fireplace & Lay your head down on a variety of pillow-filled options. The loft offers a wonderful writing desk stocked with all the essential. Hang-out in the well appointed living room. Put your feet up and catch up on your favorite series, movie, documentaries with full Cable, HBO, Netflix,& Amazon. Listen to the Bose music player while playing games and making puzzles. Studio is free standing from main home. Although you have private access to the patio it is unfenced and connected main house front yard ~ it’s still very private. We are here as needed. We love interacting and providing guest with any suggestions, recommendations or advice in Sonoma County, and all surrounding areas. We live in a very friendly walkable neighborhood just blocks away from Downtown, Florence street, Luther Burbank Gardens, Sebastopol's Old Cemetery & Parks. This is a private In-Law unit. We are right next door at the main house. We have 3 hound dogs and a fenced back yard for them. GUEST PETS:🐶🦮🐕‍🦺🐾🐕🦴 NO FENCED YARD OFFERED! please note that your pup has plenty of space for bathroom use but no fenced yard is offered. You will always need to keep an eye on them when outside. The unit is on a private drive that is shared with 2 other back neighbors. Our driveway (where you park as a guest) is private use for you. As a guest you have access to the private patio where your pup can roam as well. This area isn’t fully fenced as well so please keep your pup close by. Please remember too be a respectful pet owner by cleaning up after pet poop😏 PLEASE NOTE:Our private access to the main house front door is not fenced from guest private patio (although it’s private and discreet). Our pups aren’t the friendliest and and interaction with other dogs is best avoided at all times.
