Come and enjoy nature and tranquility in this rural house in a beautiful valley. If you like hiking trails, cycling, or just need a break from the city, it's the ideal place to disconnect for a few days. Ideal for coming as a couple, with your family or with friends as this house can accommodate up to 7 people with all the amenities. The space It is a two-story house, The entrance floor is an open space where we find the living room with a fireplace, and a television with smart TV. Next we have the kitchen with all the necessary amenities, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee maker, a microwave and all kinds of utensils. On this floor we find a bathroom with a shower, we also have a laundry room and finally, we find the terrace with a barbecue that can be used both day and night, as it is fully lit. If you want to make a paella, we have a paella pan. You can request it without a problem. If you need firewood, the first basket will be included. If more is needed, the price will be €10 per basket On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, two of which are double and the last one has 2 90cm beds, we have a trundle bed under one of the double beds and a crib option if you need it. On this floor, there is also a full bathroom with a bathtub. Guest access There is no access to the attic. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and balcony. There is a municipal swimming pool open in summer with a cost of around €2 per person per day. (Municipal pool open from June 8 to September 15) A paddle tennis court. A court wall. Soccer field. Summer cinema in the schoolyard. We have several parks for children in the village. There are 2 bars and 3 restaurants. Between the first and second week of August, there are the patron saint festivities. In November we have the Perelló festival, a fruit typical of this area. Guided tours. For leisure, there are hiking trails, such as the 6000-step route of the Barranc de l'Infern, or the Dels Avencs crossing, as well as several natural springs. We also have the Cova del Rull, a spectacular natural wonder, one of the most impressive in the Valencian Community. In about 40 minutes by car, we go from the mountains to the sea, where you can discover the beautiful coves of Jávea, Moraira and the beaches of Denia and Gandía.
