Welcome to a cozy and relaxing escape in the beautiful Palmas del Mar community! This spacious villa is designed for comfort and convenience, offering a peaceful stay with access to fantastic amenities and two private parking spaces. The space The Complex: This three-bedroom villa is a modern retreat that accommodates up to six guests. The apartment is located on the first floor, accessed by a short flight of stairs. Master Bedroom: Features a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom, and beautiful views of the pool and balcony. Second Bedroom: Includes a comfortable queen bed and blackout windows, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Third Bedroom: Ideal for kids, with a bunk bed that can sleep up to three guests. Living Spaces: A fully equipped kitchen with an island and stools, a dining area, and a living room with a Smart TV and Netflix. Amenities: Stay cool with air conditioning in every room. The villa also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. We provide basic toiletries to get you started, including one roll of paper towels and two rolls per bathroom, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We encourage you to bring any extra supplies you may need. Guest access Community & Location: Palmas del Mar is a beautiful, gated community in Humacao, known for its high standard of security and family-friendly atmosphere. You'll be surrounded by a wonderful community, beautiful beaches, and be just minutes from local restaurants, pharmacies, and mini-marts. Major supermarkets and outlet malls are a short 5–10 minute drive away. As a guest, you'll have access to all the complex's resort amenities, including several pools, tennis courts, a clubhouse, and kids' swings. Important Details for Your Stay: Transportation: We highly recommend renting a car, as ride-sharing services are unreliable on the island. A flat-rate taxi from the airport is also an option, but be sure to confirm the fare with the dispatcher beforehand. This includes access to 2 parking spots and pool! Power & Water Disclaimer: Power and water outages are common in Puerto Rico and can last from a few minutes to several hours. This is outside of our control. We will not offer refunds for consumed nights due to these interruptions. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this situation. Other things to note Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: - Payment Process: A team member will contact you after booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically one day prior to your arrival. - Requirement: This deposit must be settled before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy in agreedment with Airbnb. - Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur. - Deductions: In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, you will receive a summary of deductions along with the remaining balance.
