Welcome to Murnong my peaceful garden apartment less than 10 minutes walk to Centennial Park. With the SCG, Allianz stadium and Fox Studios within a short walking distance, this is the perfect spot for active travellers. My place is located in a wonderful quiet boutique block of apartments surrounded by plants in our communal gardens. I am sure you'll enjoy coming back to such a tranquil space to relax after a busy day exploring everything this area has to offer, there's just so much to do! The space Enter through our peaceful communal gardens lined with greenery and plants. My apartment is located on the third floor, you will need to access via stairs. -Murnong is a single storey apartment with the living area on entry featuring a front balcony with seating for your morning coffee overlooking the palms. -There's dining and a work space for up to 4 people and a large comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing in front of the TV. I love to travel which you'll experience throughout my home. I have a large selection of books available for your stay, perfect for relaxing on either of my 2 balconies. My kitchen is spacious and comfortable with all you'll need provided for home cooking and meal preparation. My full bathroom features a shower, bath and sink with a vanity for your items. The toilet is separate and is located opposite the bathroom for the convenience of your group. Toiletries are provided for your stay. Next to the bathroom is my laundry with a washer/dryer combo as well as an iron and clothes rack for your use. Laundry detergent is provided for your stay. Feel free to use my yoga mat if needed! The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment, both have aircon and fitted wardrobes for your items. There's a queen bed and a double bed available with luxury french linens and bath towels provided. The bedrooms open onto the back balcony which has outdoor seating, providing ample living zones for your visit. Guest access All of the apartment. Other things to note -My front door is heavy please be mindful of the noise to neighbours if entering early or late at night. -Please take shoes off at front door. -Strictly no smoking or other disturbance to my lovely neighbours We provide essential cleaning supplies for your convenience during your stay, including: Floor cleaner Dishwasher liquid Hand-wash Kitchen cleaner Glass cleaner Toilet cleaner Please do not throw away any of the bottles, even if they appear empty — we refill and reuse them as part of our effort to reduce waste.
