We offer our family chalet located above the village of Basse-Nendaz and close to the 4 Valleys ski area (5 min from Haute-Nendaz, 10 min from Siviez and Veysonnaz) and 10 min from the city of Sion. The perfect base for your winter and summer excursions! Quiet, surrounded by nature, the cottage is surrounded by fields and forests. Ideal for nature lovers and athletes. The space INTERIOR: On the ground floor: The entrance, a new and equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, induction stove, dishwasher, oven/microwave combi, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, etc.), dining area and sitting area with a pellet stove, toilet. Upstairs: A master bedroom, a children's room with bunk beds, a bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom (with shower and toilet). The cottage offers you all the comforts: - Internet / wifi / TV -Bookshelf - Board games, puzzles - Cquelon à fondue - Raclette machine (gourmet) - Raclette machine on request - Various baby/children's items on request and free of charge: Stokke child seat, travel cot and sheets, changing mat, backpack/baby carrier, etc. Don't hesitate to ask us, we have several items available. Exterior: - Garden with masterful views of the mountains - Dining table and barbecue - Child area with slide, trampoline, etc.(in summer) - Beautiful trees (larches) complete the exclusive panorama - Around: fields with sometimes cows and with a bit of luck with deer or foxes. Private outdoor parking spaces 2-3 cars. Included: Water, electricity, heating, parking, bath and kitchen towels, bed linen, final cleaning (basic cleaning is always done by the guest). 1 bag of pellets per day included (sufficient in case of normal use). Access to the chalet is via a private paved road. This road was refurbished in November 2024. In winter 4x4 recommended, otherwise provide chains if needed. 2 to 3 parking spaces next to the chalet. Other things to note Tourist tax to be paid on site.
