4-room apartment between lake and mountain

This elegant accommodation is perfect for a family, lovers of bright, atypical places and for those who want to enjoy the lake and the nearby mountain. It will also be perfect for cat lovers because a cat is at home and will need your cuddles. This cat in question is a female, more like a "dog/cat", very nice, independent and cuddly. She likes to sleep with those who agree, she likes to be brushed, and she likes to go outside. The space The apartment is spacious, very bright and in the attic. It has all the exposures, the morning sun, the sunset in the evening which gives a super beautiful light in the 2 bedrooms. It is equipped with a kitchen with an oven, induction cooktop, fridge and freezer, espresso coffee maker and all the cooking utensils we use a lot. There are two balconies, one with a small table to eat outside. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed. There is a bedroom with a 140 bed, for a child between 3 and 6/7 years old and a bedroom with a baby bed but we can also provide you with a mattress on the floor if you need it. Guest access The accommodation has a parking space and the key will be handed over either by the owners or by a trusted person. Other things to note As stated in the listing, our cat will be present during your stay. She's great, super cuddly, sweet and very nice with kids. She likes to be petted when she eats in particular, and she likes to go outside or to the neighbors!
