Other things to note Wifi is provided with smart tv's in each bed room and living room. Card games and reading materials are provided through out the house. In the private backyard, uncover a full bloom almond tree for a tasty treat. BBQ and Fire table is provided in the backyard. Please be sensitive to your propane usage. If the propane tank empties during your stay please let us know. Please be honest with your number of guests staying. Our house is cozy and we want you to comfortably enjoy your stay. We reserve the right to charge an additional $50 per guest per night beyond the booked number of guests listed on your itinerary. Cleanliness: We're delighted to host you and want to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. To maintain a positive environment for all, we kindly request your cooperation in keeping our space clean and respecting our home and neighbors. Please treat our home as you would your own by keeping it tidy and organized during your stay. We have provided trash bins for your convince, if any accidents occur, please inform us promptly, so we can address them efficiently. Check-Out Guidelines: Before departure, please assist us in preparing for the next guests: Place used towels in the designated laundry area. Ensure all dishes are washed and set out to dry. Double-check that all windows and doors are securely closed and locked. If you rearranged any furniture, kindly return it to its original position. While we want you to relax and enjoy our home, we ask that you please be respectful of it and future guests staying here. Please be tidy and clean up messes quickly. Damages to amenities, furniture and home will incur additional charges and can result in full cost to replace damaged items. Costs to damaged items will be assessed on a case by case basis.
