Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Rural, quiet, yet 5 minutes from town. The master suite is complete with walk in closet, jacuzzi tub, & shower. Full kitchen and dining area. Swim in the salt water pool (during warmer months) Park in garage. Enjoy open country views and sunsets. Sleep in queen bed with cotton sheets. Enjoy your coffee at the dining room table with a view of the pool. There's a chess table, games, videos, and good books available for your peaceful stay. The space Your space is an immaculate and newly furnished master suite with attached bath, shower, and walk in closet. Your bed is a queen size. You will have full and private access to the full sized kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. The rest of the home is largely unfurnished (not unfinished as it's 30 years old but newly purchased from the original one owner). The basement is available for storm shelter only and in process of refurbishment. There is a large salt water swimming pool that will be open during the warm season in this area. Now open and very inviting!There is off street parking for your vehicle. The space is very quiet with expansive country views. Nobody will be sharing this space with you as we only make the master suite available for AirBnB. This is a second residence for the owners and intended as a place for family gathering and fun as they have a very large local family. Guest access Your space is the master suite, the adjoining full bathroom, walk in closet, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. The other rooms are for private use and are mostly unfurnished at this time. The pool will be open for our guests when it is in season. This year we opened the pool in April and will close Sept. 20th. There is no cable TV or wifi. There is a DVD player and screen with a small selection of DVD's to watch. There are good books, Chess, Checkers, Scrabble, Uno, Bananagram, Boggle indoors. Bocci Ball, hoop, and Corn Hole outdoors. During your stay Please feel free to call or text me at any time. I reside within five minutes drive. We are happy to respond to any needs or questions you may have during your stay. Think of us as a friendly neighbor. We enjoy meeting our guests if they enjoy company. We let our guests dictate our interaction. We appreciate a text response if we check on you. Please let us know when you arrive and when you check out. Other things to note There is no wifi or cable television because we want it to be an oasis from devices for our grandchildren when they visit. Most guests bring their own devices with hot spots or enjoy a break from them. There are board games and great books available. Chess, checkers, Boggle, Uno, Scrabble and more. There are videos and a DVD player with screen offered. The pool is open as soon as weather allows in late spring (late April, early May) and closes in fall. The pool remains covered and closed through winter.
